Why doesn't my product have retail labels?

Products shipped through professional distribution channels are packaged differently than what you'd find on a retail store shelf. Items may arrive without retail stickers, price tags, or branded packaging — this is completely normal.

It's actually a good sign: it means you're receiving contractor-grade product sourced directly through professional supply channels, not a store display unit. Every item we sell is 100% genuine and fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

What are the condition of your products?

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We offer standard shipping (3–5 business days) on all orders, plus expedited options like 2-day or overnight delivery. Additional charges may apply for faster shipping.

When will my order ship if I place it today?

All orders ship the same day if placed before 05.00 PM (Monday to Friday )

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the U.S. only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Thanks for your understanding!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

My order never arrived.

When will my backorder arrive?

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Are shipments insured in case of loss or damage?

Yes! All MakeMyYard shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact our support team (sales@makemyyard.com) immediately—we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What are Special Orders?

Some products on our website are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer and fall under our Special Orders category. These items are sourced and shipped on a per-order basis, meaning once your order is placed, it is immediately submitted to the manufacturer on your behalf and cannot be modified or cancelled.
GuardShack enclosures are one example of a product currently listed under this category. Because these items are manufactured or allocated specifically for your order, they are non-cancellable and non-returnable under any circumstances. Please review all product specifications carefully before placing a special order.
