Most orders ship via standard UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger or heavier items, including select pumps, ship via freight instead.

If an item ships via freight, a phone number is required at checkout so the carrier can schedule a delivery appointment, and the customer must be present to receive it. Delivery is curbside, meaning the truck will not bring the package to your door. You will need to unload it yourself or add a lift gate for $99. Please note any damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery, this is required for any return or claim.
