Description

The CN-51 sits flush in grade so nothing breaks the line of a walk or a bed. Solid brass with black oxide stainless hardware, and the interior is fully potted, so water has no path in regardless of how the fixture settles.

This build uses the round faceplate, the most shielded of the three. It cuts glare almost entirely, so the fixture reads as a soft glow rather than a light source, which suits patios, seating areas, and anywhere people will look straight down at it. Output is deliberately low with this plate; choose the ring faceplate if the job is lighting a tree or a wall.

The ZD lamp is the reason to pick this build. The CN-51 has no control option of its own, so the zoning and dimming sit inside the lamp. Paired with a Luxor controller it joins a zone and dims in one percent steps. On an ordinary transformer it simply lights, with none of that.

Conduit is not included. Installation needs 2.5 inch Schedule 40 conduit, ordered separately.
