Description

The VE hangs from a branch or a beam and throws light downward through the canopy, which is how you get a moonlighting effect over a patio or a specimen tree rather than the flat look of ground level fixtures. This is the three LED version at 221 lumens and 2700K, warm enough that bark, stone and planting keep their color after dark, with 84 CRI behind it. The perforated sleeve does the quiet work here, cutting the glare that otherwise makes a down light obvious the moment someone looks up. Housing is die-cast aluminum in antique bronze, protected by two layers of marine grade anodization under the powder coat. It zones with a Luxor controller and dims on either PWM or phase. A low voltage transformer is required and sold separately.
