The RD1800 Series showcases an exclusive co-molded, pressure-activated Triple-Blade Wiper Seal, ensuring a secure seal without excessive "flow-by". This innovative design allows for the installation of multiple heads on the same valve. The Triple-Blade Wiper Seal is meticulously engineered to balance flushing, flow-by, and debris protection, optimizing performance and durability during pop-up and retraction. Precision-controlled flushing at both stages effectively clears debris, ensuring reliable stem retraction across all soil types. Additionally, debris pockets integrated into the spray body base prevent harmful debris recirculation during operation, thereby minimizing wear on the wiper seal and stem components.
